Registering for Gramin Bank Mobile Banking Online

Want to check your Balance (शेष राशि) or send money from home? You need to register for Mobile Banking (मोबाइल बैंकिंग). Most Gramin Banks (ग्रामीण बैंक) now allow self-registration using your ATM Card (एटीएम कार्ड) or Debit Card (डेबिट कार्ड).
Registration Process
पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया
- Download the official app of your RRB (Regional Rural Bank — क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंक) from the Play Store or App Store.
- Click on "Register / New User" (पंजीकरण / नया उपयोगकर्ता).
- Enter your Account Number (खाता संख्या) and verify using OTP (One Time Password — एक बारी पासवर्ड) sent to your Registered Mobile Number (पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर).
- Set your MPIN (Mobile PIN — मोबाइल पिन) and Transaction PIN (लेनदेन पिन). You are now ready to use Digital Banking (डिजिटल बैंकिंग)!

What if My Mobile Number is Not Registered?
यदि मेरा मोबाइल नंबर पंजीकृत नहीं है तो क्या करें?
Visit your nearest Branch (शाखा) with your Aadhaar Card (आधार कार्ड) and Passbook (पासबुक) to update your Registered Mobile Number (पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर). You must have an active mobile number linked to your account to use Mobile Banking (मोबाइल बैंकिंग) and UPI (Unified Payments Interface — एकीकृत भुगतान इंटरफेस).
